    The coffee was good. The only part of this experience I did not enjoy was the wait. The lady in front of me had 150 gift cards all with about a dollar on them. She also ordered 27 drinks. I don't care about any of this. But there was two other employees who could have opened a second register since the line was growing fast. They didn't. Maybe they aren't cashiers? I would have ordered my regular drink but with as long as I had already waited I opted for the plain coffee and hit the road.

    I went to the Starbucks inside of Safeway today and the cashier who rang me up was Patti. She was nice but her and the others did not know the answer to my question. I wanted to buy three bags of coffee beans from Safeway because they were on sale for $6.99. I had a brand new $25 gift card for Starbucks that i wanted to use. It was a gift so I did not know if I could use it that way. When i finally got them to let me use the card, they said that there was only $7.60 left on it. THIS CARD WAS A GIFT AND BRAND NEW. I had to pay for the rest of the money out of pocket. To top it off they then suggested that since i "used all the money off the card" that it was empty.  I went home and put the card info on my Starbucks account and transferred it to my Starbucks gift card. The site does not lie, it said i still had $17.40 left on the card. Never had a problem like this before.
